Meet Your Instructor!
"I’m thrilled to join the Melfort Arts Council as an art instructor and youth mentee. With a background in early childhood education and two years of experience at the Melfort Cooperative Daycare and years working with foster children, I’ve dedicated my career to working with children and youth. I’m currently continuing my studies in early childhood education and any courses I can to further develop my skills.
Through art workshops for ages 5-18, I aim to create a space where kids can freely express themselves—whether it’s young children exploring creativity or teens putting on their headphones and honing their craft. My goal is to make art more accessible, exciting, and a meaningful part of our community. I look forward to offering classes, sharing ideas, and fostering a supportive environment where every child feels encouraged to create."
